We may also ask you to provide us with some additional information that will be publicly visible on our services, such as a profile picture or when creating a campaign by providing a name, description, banner, different settings ect. We may collect information and content that you submit to our website through forms, and also metadata that is submitted with your information or content. For example, we may collect and store following information: Information during the registration process, such as Email-Adress, Password and Username. Additional information after the registration process, such as a profile picture or your full name/the name of your company or any other possible name. Information during the creation process of a campaign (raffle or giveaway), such as, the name, description, duration, and also several informations about the tasks which it is going to contain, the form of the giveaway, also information that you want to collect from your entrants (possible options are Name, Birthdate, Phone number, Email, Shipping adress, custom information, Social media accounts), a link that your entrants are going to receive after completion of the tasks, a custom banner, several privacy and security settings, social media links that you want to attach to your giveaway. Information that you are asked to provide during the process of the entry, such as, Name, Email, Shipping address, Phone number, custom Information that is requested by the campaign organizer or social media names or ids (for Services like Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, TikTok, Vkontakte or a Weblink).

People and business who use Represocial for their social campaign may set up a form asking to participate in a campaign . When you interact with our services, we collect information that you provide to us by filling out this form.

When you contact our customer support or communicate with us in any other way, such as email or our social media direct messages, we’ll collect whatever information you volunteer or that we need to resolve your question.

We use Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica, to save the name of the country and the name of the city that you are located at. However this information isn't assignable to you and is only displayed in general statistics about the performance of our service.

If you sign up and organize a campaign your personal information is not shared with anybody. Only your public information is publicly visible like name, username, profile picture and the specific campaigns and the with it related information is publicly shared.

If you fill out a participation/entry form for a campaign, then your personal Information may be shared with the specific campaign organizer only for the purposes of the campaign. Third-parties, and those who are integrated into our Services functionality will never directly receive any specific and identifiable personal information about you from us.

Your Information may be used by users of our Services (more specific: the organizers of campaigns) for:

the purposes of their campaign. If there are no specific and additional usage purposes of the campaign organizer mentioned in the "Additional Information" about a campaign, these purposes are limited to notifying you about winning, announcing you as a winner of a campaign and shipping your prize (when the campaign is a giveaway) or goods (when the campaign is a raffle).

We may publicly disclose on our website: your linked username, your name, the prize you won.

Social Logins

Represocial offers you the ability to register and login using your third-party social media account details (like your Facebook or Twitter logins). Where you choose to do this, we will receive certain profile information about you from your social media provider. The profile information we receive may vary depending on the social media provider concerned, but will often include your name, email address, friends list, profile picture as well as other information you choose to make public on such social media platform.

We will use the information we receive only for the purposes that are described in this privacy notice or that are otherwise made clear to you on the relevant. Please note that we do not control, and are not responsible for, other uses of your personal information by your third-party social media provider. We recommend that you review their privacy notice to understand how they collect, use and share your personal information, and how you can set your privacy preferences on their sites and apps. 

Third-party integrations

Google reCaptcha

We use “Google reCAPTCHA” (hereinafter “reCAPTCHA”) on our websites. This service is provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”).

reCAPTCHA is used to check whether the data entered on our website (such as on a contact form) has been entered by a human or by an automated program. To do this, reCAPTCHA analyzes the behavior of the website visitor based on various characteristics. This analysis starts automatically as soon as the website visitor enters the website. For the analysis, reCAPTCHA evaluates various information (e.g. IP address, how long the visitor has been on the website, or mouse movements made by the user). The data collected during the analysis will be forwarded to Google.

The reCAPTCHA analyses take place completely in the background. Website visitors are not advised that such an analysis is taking place.

Data processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in protecting its site from abusive automated crawling and spam.

We use Google Ads, Google Marketing Platform (formerly DoubleClick by Google) and Google AdSense services provided by Google Ireland Ltd., Google Building Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland (hereinafter referred to as “Google”) on our website.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Ireland Ltd., Google Building Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland (hereinafter referred to as “Google”). Google Analytics uses cookies to identify the frequency of use of certain areas of our website and preferences. The information generated by the cookie about your use of our website (including your encrypted IP address) is transmitted to a Google server in the USA, where it is stored. Google will use this information on our behalf and on the basis of an order processing contract to evaluate your use of our website, compile reports on website activities for us and provide other services related to the use of the website and of the Internet.

We only use Google Analytics with enabled IP anonymisation. Our website occasionally engages in affiliate marketing. This is done by using tracking links on our website. If you click on an affiliate link, a cookie will be placed on your browser to track any sales for purposes of commissions.

Represocial is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for us to earn advertising fees by linking to Amazon.com and affiliated sites.  As part of this Amazon Associates program, this website will post customized links, provided by Amazon, to track the referrals to their website. Google Webfonts 

We use Google Fonts of the company Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA) on our website. Google Cloud Platform

Represocial's data may be stored and processed on Google Cloud Platform (the “Google Cloud”) a cloud solution provided by Please see Google’s Privacy Policy(https://cloud.google.com/security/privacy/) for more information. 

User Generated Content on Google Cloud may be deemed as contract data processing (the “Contract Data Processing”) depending on the information stored in the User Generated Content. Contract Data Processing will be subject to a separate agreement between us and Google. This means that Google will be sub processor in relation to the employer who is the responsible data controller. 7. How long we keep your information and Deletion

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting or other legal requirements). No purpose in this notice will require us keeping your personal information for longer than

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

If you participate in a campaign your provided personal information is stored until the end of the campaign. Until this point it is not shared with anybody. The campaign organizer has 14 days to determine the winners. If he doesn't your personal data will be deleted. If the campaign organizer determines the winners and you are not drawn as a winner, your whole provided personal information will be deleted within 24 hours after end date of the campaign. If you are drawn to be a winner your provided personal information will be accessible for the campaign organizer for a minimum period of 30 days or longer and may be deleted afterwards, and your name and username will be publicly visible until you ask us to remove it.

You can opt out all marketing communications by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of emails, or changing your account settings on Represocial.

8. Safety of your personal information

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security, and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our  is at your own risk. 10. CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act)

California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the "Shine The Light" law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. We will make sure the data is not publicly displayed on Represocial, but please be aware that the data may not be completely or comprehensively removed from all our systems (e.g. backups, etc.).

CCPA Privacy Notice

The California Code of Regulations defines a "resident" as:

(1) every individual who is in the State of California for other than a temporary or transitory purpose and (2) every individual who is domiciled in the State of California who is outside the State of California for a temporary or transitory purpose

All other individuals are defined as "non-residents."

 Represocial has not sold any personal information to third parties for a business or commercial purpose in the preceding twelve (12) months. Represocial will not sell personal information in the future belonging to website visitors, users and other consumers.

Your rights

You can ask for the deletion of your personal information. If you ask us to delete your personal information, we will respect your request and delete your personal information, subject to certain exceptions provided by law, such as (but not limited to) the exercise by another consumer of his or her right to free speech, our compliance requirements resulting from a legal obligation or any processing that may be required to protect against illegal activities.

Upon receiving your request, we will need to verify your identity to determine you are the same person about whom we have the information in our system. These verification efforts require us to ask you to provide information so that we can match it with information you have previously provided us. For instance, depending on the type of request you submit, we may ask you to provide certain information so that we can match the information you provide with the information we already have on file, or we may contact you through a communication method (e.g. phone or email) that you have previously provided to us. We may also use other verification methods as the circumstances dictate.

We will only use personal information provided in your request to verify your identity or authority to make the request. To the extent possible, we will avoid requesting additional information from you for the purposes of verification. If, however, we cannot verify your identity from the information already maintained by us, we may request that you provide additional information for the purposes of verifying your identity, and for security or fraud-prevention purposes. We will delete such additionally provided information as soon as we finish verifying you.

11. GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)

Represocial is compliant with the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), in place as of May 25, 2018. As such, EU citizens providing us with their Personal Information have the following rights, in compliance with the GDPR:

a right to information and access to their Personal Information, including information on whether and how Your Personal Information is being processed;

a right to access to your Personal Information and to request a correction to it if you believe it is inaccurate. If you have submitted Personal Information and would like to have access to it, or if you would like to have it corrected please contact us using the contact information provided below.

a right to restrict the manner in which your Personal Information is processed;

12. Children's Online Protection Act and General Age restrictions

IF YOU ARE UNDER 13 YEARS OF AGE, THEN PLEASE DO NOT USE OR ACCESS OUR SERVICES.

Our services are not intended for, and we don’t direct them to anyone under 13. And that’s why we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. In addition, we may limit how we collect, use, and store some of the information of EU users between 13 and 16. In some cases, this means we will be unable to provide certain functionality to these users. If we need to rely on consent as a legal basis for processing your information and your country requires consent from a parent, we may require your parent’s consent before we collect and use that information. Because the nature of our Site and Services does not appeal to children under the age of 13, Represocial does not knowingly acquire or receive personal data from children under 13.
